No Bake Caramel Apple Lush is perfect Fall with layers of cream cheese, whipped cream, caramel, butterscotch pudding and apple pie filling.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
6 tablespoons butter melted
1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 container Cool Whip
3.4 ounce package butterscotch instant pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
21 ounce apple pie filling

Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish (I use a metal measuring cup to help press the crust down.
Place the pan in the refrigerator or freezer to set up.
Mix the cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy then add in 2 tablespoons of milk, and sugar, and mix well.
Spread this cream cheese layer over the crust.
In a bowl, combine butterscotch instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups cold milk and whisk for 2 minutes.
Combine the pudding with the apple pie filling.
Spread the pudding/apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Top with the Cool-Whip.
Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs and lots of caramel sauce.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
