Cinnamon apple chips

Edit
We are going to play a little game. I have several quick and easy apple recipes that I am going to share with you this week. It IS National Apple Month, after all. (Side note: do you go apple picking? I would love to hear about where you go for apple picking and what your experience has been.)
While I might not be able to provide you a new recipe every day of October, I may just be able to pull off a recipe for each day this week! Today, we will start with cinnamon apple chips.
You can add pretty much whatever you want to apple chips, a common topping being cinnamon and sugar. I opted for only cinnamon without the sugar, but you can add some if you want a little more sweetness. Though in my opinion, the cinnamon alone is enough flavor!
Ingredients
2 apples
cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200ºF.
2. Thinly slice the apples, removing any seeds.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake for 1 hour. Flip the apples. Bake for another hour.
5. Let apple chips cool, and eat!
